Terms of use.

FIN is a private capital infrastructure platform operating in pre-launch mode. By expressing interest or submitting verification information, you agree to the following:

• Not a solicitation. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to invest, a solicitation of capital, or financial advice. All opportunities are subject to independent due diligence.
• Eligibility. FIN is intended for verified investors, franchisors, and business-sellers only. Access is granted solely at FIN's discretion after structured verification.
• Accuracy of information. You agree that all information submitted for verification is truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in access denial or legal action.
• No guarantees. Illustrative ROI ranges or outlet counts shown on the platform are indicative, not promises. Actual outcomes vary and involve risk.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
• Changes. These terms may be updated as the platform moves out of pre-launch. Material changes will be communicated to verified users.

What we do with your data.

FIN collects and processes personal data to verify participants and facilitate structured capital flow. This summary outlines what we collect, why, and your rights:

• What we collect. Legal name, IC or passport number, contact details, declared capital range, investment timeline, and role (investor / franchisor / seller).
• Why we collect it. To verify your identity and eligibility, to match you with mandate-fit counterparties, and to satisfy AML/KYC and PDPA obligations.
• Who sees it. Authorized FIN staff on a role-scoped, audited basis. Matched counterparties see only the data needed to evaluate a specific opportunity. No third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• How it's protected. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is logged. Keys are rotated.
• How long we keep it. For the duration of your account plus any legally mandated retention period after account closure.
• Your rights (PDPA 2010). Access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Withdraw consent at any time. Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
